The Utánvét Ellenőr verdict for an order: the decision at checkout, the latest re-check (only while it is under 30 minutes old) and the Visszajelzés sent about the delivery. Get takes an order id and never calls the vendor.

utanvet_ellenor_settings
Which payment providers count as cash on delivery, the compliance acknowledgements that were ticked, the effective mode and the recent decision counters. There is one record; pass any id, e.g. "current". Credentials are never shown.

Actions
utanvet_ellenor_check_recheck
Ask Utánvét Ellenőr about the order's customer again.
Costs one vendor lookup (Lekérés) per call, and the answer is kept for 30 minutes only. Read the order check afterwards with utanvet_ellenor_check_get.

Report to Utánvét Ellenőr whether a cash-on-delivery order was taken over or refused.
outcome 1 reports a successful takeover, -1 a refusal. The report goes into a database shared with other merchants, kept for 8 years with no way to delete it. Sending the opposite outcome for an order already reported is the only way to correct it.

Choose which payment providers the cash-on-delivery check applies to.
cod_provider_ids are payment provider ids (pp_…); null returns to the default. The compliance acknowledgements are legal confirmations only a person gives in the admin.
