order
A placed order. Rows carry reporting_total {amount, currency_code, rate_day, source}, the order valued in the store reporting currency at its frozen rate: to add orders up or compare them, sum reporting_total.amount and never the native totals; null means no official rate covers it yet, so leave it out and say so. For any total over a date range use sales_totals_get instead. get accepts the order number too, e.g. "#97". Include line_items for every line item with the order versions it appeared in (history.version.from and to), including items an edit later removed. Include parcels for the carrier, tracking and carrier data of each parcel, plus a warning when a carrier booking may be unrecorded.

}sales_totals_get
Gross, net and total sales, discounts, refunds, orders and average order value for a date range.
Read from the same analytics report as the Home and Analytics screens. Every amount is in the store reporting currency (currency_code) at the exchange rate frozen per order, so figures in different order currencies are already converted and comparable. Use this for any total, sum or comparison over orders; never add up the native totals of order_list rows. conversion says how much is converted (source, rate days) and how many orders are left out because no official rate covers them yet (pending_count) or because no official source quotes their currency (unquotable_count): mention each when above zero. With original_currencies set, the total sales per order currency as the customers paid it are listed too, unconverted. rebuilding means the numbers are being recalculated and money is not shown. The range is a preset or a from/to pair of days in the store time zone.
- Action key:
sales_totals.get - Permission:
settings.read - Approval: Runs without approval.
- Effect: Reads only.
- Retries: safe to repeat with the same input.
