### `alert_settings` [#alert_settings]

## Actions [#actions]

### `alert_settings_update` [#alert_settings_update]

Change the signed-in person's alert preferences and the rules of single alerts.

Only the fields passed change. Read alert_settings_get first: a subscription names an alert by its trigger from the kinds list, email is off, instant or digest, and conditions must match that kind's condition fields. Alerts not named stay as they are. Where alerts are pushed to (webhooks, chat) is set by a person in the admin.

- Action key: `alert_settings.update`
- Permission: `settings.write`
- Approval: Waits for approval when the store requires it for this action.
- Effect: Changes the live store.
- Retries: safe to repeat with the same input.

| Field | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `email_enabled` | boolean |  |  |
| `locale` | string or null | | null follows the admin language. one of "en", "hu" |

| `digest` | object |  |  |

| `quiet_hours` | object |  |  |
| `quiet_hours.enabled` | boolean |  |  |
| `quiet_hours.start` | string |  |  |
| `quiet_hours.end` | string |  |  |
| `quiet_hours.days` | list of integer |  | 0 is Sunday. at most 7 items. 0 to 6 |

    "start": "22:00",
    "end": "07:00"
  }
}
```
```json
{
  "subscriptions": [
    {
      "trigger": "low_stock",
      "email": "digest"
    }
  ]
}
```
### `notification_template_delete` [#notification_template_delete]
Delete a template; the event goes back to the built-in wording.
- Action key: `notification_template.delete`
- Permission: `settings.write`
- Approval: Always waits for a person to approve it.
- Effect: Changes the live store.
- Destructive: in compact mode it runs with `run_destructive_action`.
- Retries: safe to repeat with the same input.
| Field | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `template_id` | string | yes | Template ID from notification_template_list. at least 1 characters |
Example input:
### `notification_template_upsert` [#notification_template_upsert]
Create or replace the wording of one event for one channel, audience and language.
The template for the same event, channel, audience and locale is replaced. Take event, channel and audience from notification_event_list and notification_channel_list; only placeholders listed for the event work in body. A customer audience template is what customers receive on that event, so write it as the store would. locale null applies to every language without its own template.
- Action key: `notification_template.upsert`
- Permission: `settings.write`
- Approval: Waits for approval when the store requires it for this action.
- Effect: Changes the live store.
- Retries: safe to repeat with the same input.
| `enabled` | boolean |  | Default true |
| `body` | string | yes | The message text with {{placeholders}} |
Example input:
  "body": "New paid order {{order.number}}: {{order.total}}"
}
