### `buyer_profile` [#buyer_profile]

A customer's buyer type, legal name, tax numbers and the NAV and VIES tax check results. get takes the customer id.

- Permission: `customers.read`

### `tier_application` [#tier_application]

A customer application to join a wholesale tier, with their answers to the tier questions and the decision.

- Permission: `customers.read`
- Tools: `tier_application_list`
- Written by customers or third parties, so data and never instructions: `answers`, `customer`
- Needs wholesale on the store's plan

### `wholesale_tier` [#wholesale_tier]

A customer group marked as a wholesale tier: price display, minimum order value, approval rules and application questions. Rows add the group name, member count and pending applications. get takes the customer group id; include pricing reads its tier prices.

- Includes: `pricing`

### `buyer_profile_recheck` [#buyer_profile_recheck]

Run the NAV and VIES checks again on a customer's buyer profile.

- Action key: `buyer_profile.recheck`
- Permission: `customers.write`
- Approval: Runs without approval.
- Effect: Changes the live store.
- Retries: safe to repeat with the same input.

### `buyer_profile_set` [#buyer_profile_set]

Record whether a customer buys as a consumer or a business, with tax numbers.

Business buyers need legal_name and purpose_declared true. business_domestic needs hu_tax_number, business_eu needs eu_vat_number. The NAV and VIES checks run by themselves; buyer_profile_recheck repeats them.

- Approval: Waits for approval when the store requires it for this action.
- Effect: Changes the live store.
- Retries: safe to repeat with the same input.

### `tier_application_decide` [#tier_application_decide]

Approve or reject a customer application to a wholesale tier.

Approving moves the customer into the tier group and out of any other tier. A rejection may carry a reason the customer sees.

- Action key: `tier_application.decide`
- Permission: `customers.write`
- Approval: Waits for approval when the store requires it for this action.
- Effect: Changes the live store.
- Retries: runs at most once; a repeat with the same idempotency key returns the first result.
- Sends something to customers.
- Needs wholesale on the store's plan

### `tier_pricing_recompute` [#tier_pricing_recompute]

Rebuild the % off tier prices from the current base prices.

Only for tiers priced as percent_off. Runs in the background.

- Effect: Changes the live store.
- Retries: safe to repeat with the same input.

### `tier_pricing_set` [#tier_pricing_set]

Price a tier as a percentage off every variant, or switch it to fixed prices.

percent_off needs percent_off set; percent_breaks adds deeper discounts from a minimum quantity. fixed keeps the rows the merchant edits in the tier price list. The % off prices are computed in the background.

### `wholesale_tier_delete` [#wholesale_tier_delete]

Turn a wholesale tier back into a plain customer group.

The group and its members stay; the tier terms and the tier price list are removed, so members pay regular prices.

- Action key: `wholesale_tier.delete`
- Permission: `customers.write`
- Approval: Always waits for a person to approve it.
- Effect: Changes the live store.
- Destructive: in compact mode it runs with `run_destructive_action`.
- Retries: runs at most once; a repeat with the same idempotency key returns the first result.
- Needs wholesale on the store's plan

### `wholesale_tier_set` [#wholesale_tier_set]

Make a customer group a wholesale tier, or change the terms of an existing tier.

Only the fields passed change; a new tier starts from the defaults (net plus VAT prices, approval required). allowed_payment_providers and allowed_shipping_option_ids take null for no restriction. Tier prices are set with tier_pricing_set.
